Administration
Our streamlined process turns over the payment administration to an insured third party stalwart – Chicago Title & Trust. Following execution of the Contract, we enter into an Escrow Agreement and all payments are made through that Construction Escrow Account, with funds only distributed when each phase of construction is complete. In the end, you will receive the very best ADU and an insurance policy to cover you from unpaid work claims. Peace of mind – like a warm glass of milk and Granny’s homemade chocolate chip cookies.
